Yes! Every bar is made from scratch using the cold process method with natural oils, butters, botanicals, clays, and essential oils. We never use synthetic fragrances, dyes, or mica colorants—only pure, earth-derived ingredients to ensure the highest quality for your skin.
We avoid using micas and synthetic colorants to ensure our products remain as natural and skin-friendly as possible. Micas are often lab-created or coated with synthetic dyes, which means they don’t meet our standard of being fully natural. These additives can sometimes cause skin irritation, especially for those with sensitive skin. We choose to color our soaps with botanicals and clays—giving each bar a beautiful, earthy hue straight from nature.
Below are some of our most commonly used oils and butters:
• Olive Oil – Extremely gentle and moisturizing; creates a creamy, conditioning lather.
• Sunflower Oil – Rich in vitamin E and antioxidants; helps soothe and soften skin.
• Coconut Oil – Provides light, fluffy bubbles and natural cleansing power.
• Babassu Oil – Similar to coconut but more gentle and higher in lauric acid; perfect for creamy lather.
• Rice Bran Oil – Known for its antioxidants; adds a velvety smooth feel to the soap.
• Shea Butter – Ultra-moisturizing and skin-protective; contributes to a rich, creamy bar.
• Mango Seed Butter – Light, silky, and high in nutrients; helps create a conditioning, luxurious feel.
• Castor Oil – Boosts lather, helps make bubbles dense and creamy, and draws moisture to the skin.
Some soaps—especially our premium bars and body creams—may feature elevated ingredients such as:
Avocado Oil – Full of vitamins A, D, and E; ideal for extra-dry or mature skin.
Sweet Almond Oil – Highly moisturizing and helps soften skin; wonderful for gentle bars.
Apricot Kernel Oil – Lightweight and soothing; excellent for sensitive or irritated skin.
Jojoba Oil – A liquid wax similar to skin’s natural sebum; adds silkiness and extends bar longevity.
Argan Oil – A high-end beauty oil rich in essential fatty acids; adds luxurious silkiness.
Cocoa Butter – Adds firmness, slip, and a protective feel to soap.
Goat Milk, Oat Milk, Greek Yogurt, or Coconut Milk – Provides a creamy, lotion-like lather and natural fats.
Tallow (Grass-Fed When Available) – A traditional, deeply nourishing fat that creates an exceptionally long-lasting, creamy, mild bar.
Hemp Seed Oil – Rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids; helps moisturize, calm, and balance the skin while adding a silky, conditioning feel to the final bar.

We use a variety of natural additives such as essential oils, herbs, botanicals, clays, charcoal, colloidal oatmeal, Tussah silk, Manuka honey, beer, teas, coffee, natural exfoliants (pumice powder, dried tea leaves or coffee grounds, sea salt, Himalayan pink salt), cocoa, spices infused in oil for colorant effects, and possibly others. Be sure to check out individual product pages for all included ingredients in each soap.
No, we do not test our products on animals. We are committed to cruelty-free practices and ensure all our products are ethically made. We do gladly test our products on ourselves!
The cold process soap-making process takes about 2-3 hours to make a soap batter and pour into a mold or molds. It then takes 2-3 days for the soap to be ready to cut. After bars are cut, they are placed on a curing rack and take 4-6 weeks to fully cure. The curing process allows the bars to become harder, longer-lasting, milder, and produce a richer, creamier lather.
Our soaps are crafted to be gentle and nourishing, using only natural ingredients. However, soaps made for general use are not certified or tested for infant skin.
Baby skin requires special formulations and certification to meet safety standards, which we currently do not offer.
For this reason, our products are intended for adult use only. If you’re looking for something mild, we recommend our unscented goat milk or oatmeal bars for sensitive skin—but please avoid using them directly on infants or small children unless approved by your pediatrician.
To extend your soap’s life:
Keep it dry between uses on a draining soap dish.
Store unused bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Natural soaps continue to harden and improve with age!
